stewards. This letter would be better sent to the Company's manager, who would no doubt do what he could to remedy the grievance. It Is a constant source of complaint, and as “A. F. Į, S" says it simply plays Into the hands of those runelag boats in opposition, whose officers are quite a strong contrast in their efforts to rake things pleasant for those who are not millionaires. These complaints are so frequent that we can' only advise the sufferers to let things take their natural course.
