Again, a Hongkong newspaper published a statement reflecting on a man holding a public appointment.. A local lawyer pounced on this statement, and induced the public man to hellere it was a libel. Then the lawyer tried to gain. victory over the paper by bluffing it when its chief fighting man way away.
