Hazeland, marshal of the Colonial Court of Admiralty of Hongkong, put up for auction, pursuant to a commision for sale issued in the suit brought by the New Oriental Bank, the Iron screw steamship Zamora, 2.455 tons gross, 1564 net register, built by Darclay, Carle and Co. at Glasgow in 1873, classed 100 Ax al Lloyd's,

the card playing and those part in it.: Émin Deon was there, as stated by other witnesses, and so was his brother Abdoolah. They were playing on the night of the roth.
Cross-examined—Enim Deen and Jundos' were partners at cards on the 19th.
Steik Abdool, as engine-driver employed at Leeyuen Refinery, said he had known Seetha Ram for 5 or 6 yean. Had known Ram Samy for six years. He heard of the death of Ram Samy on the Monday morning (20th) following the night of the murder. It was at 6.15 2.1. when Seetha Ram came to the refinery and shouted out about the murder. Buddoo and others, including Solomon, were present, Seetha Ram shouted out-"Ram Samy

the bridge over the nullah running down by the race-course. Witness lived in the same street as Ram Samy and boarded with Duan Alli. Ram Jam, father of Mr. Watton's Indian clerk (who attended the whole trial and was in Court to-day), was the head Indian engineer employed at the Refinery.
