No actual crime is charged, but the authorities are deter mined to prevent these men from commiting violence here. They are known to be hand in glove with French anarchists, and it is belleved they will be far less dangerous if driven from the country. Several other anarchists were wained a short time ago to leave France, but they paid no attention to the warning. They will be taken in charge by the police and conducted to the frontier.

The Mandalay fire broke out at 9 o'clock on Wednesday morning and raged fourteen' hours. The whole city is destroyed from: 'Cina street to
