The net profits of the Company for the twelve months under review, after providing for all bad and doubtful debts, and lecluding: 34,343.74 brought forward from last year, amount to 885.538 47. We paid an interim dividend of 7 and I now propose to pay a further dividend of 7 per cent. (miking 14 per cent. for the year); which will absorb $1,000.00, leaving a balance of $15,538-47 to be carried forward.
