As no evidence was taken, the shooting case which promises to reveal some facts cannot be definitely known, but it is already en record that the shooting arose out of a little conjugal disagreement, attributed by the shooter (Mr Ramsary) to Deen's perverted notions of meum et tuum in the matter of spouses. Some time ago, if our memory fail not, this same Ram- amy was similarly convicted of an attempt to ahoot Deen, and he said then that Deen was far too polite to Mrs. R. He was bound over to keep the poace, and his deadly weapon was confiscated. Now he has been at it again apparently. Any. how, Deen is in the hospital with a gunshot wound, and Ramsamy is charged with causing the hurt. - He was remanded until tomorrow.
