In view of recent reported scandals in connection with this concern, it is most surprising that local investors have not entirely washed their hands of such a one-horse show, or taken action to protect themselves. There Is one man too many on the management; whether it is the Hon. James Johnstone Keswick or Mr. De Westley Layton is a question to be definitely settled by those pecuniarlly interested.
