-That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Wheeley of Hong- kong be and he is hereby appointed Liqui dator for the purposes of such winding up.

to this Meeting and expressed to be made between this Company and its Liquidator of the one part, and the Hongkong Borneo Company, Ltd, of the other part, be and the rame is hereby approved, and that the said Liquidator be and he is bereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with such new Company (when incorporated) in the terms of the maid draft, and to carry the same into effect.

Os the above Resolutions being passed the proceedings as to the winding up of the Com pasy, and the powers conferred on the L'qat- dator will be proceeded with and exercised under the provisions of Section CXLIX of Ordinance No. of 1865 of the Ordinances of Hongkong.
