The Emperor William of Germany yesterday reviewed 16,000 volunteers and six regiments of regular troops at Wimbledon, and expressed Kimself delighted with the general appearance. of the men and the manner in which they. want through the various manoeuvres. The review took place in the presence of an enor mous gathering of spectators. In the evening the Emperor and Empress attended a concert, and dined at the Crystal Palace, Sydenham.
