Tis hereby notified that, by command of His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government, and pursuant to Section 4 of The Public Health Ordinante, 1887, an election by the rate-payers of two Members of the Sanitary Board will take place at the City Hall, on WEDNESDAY, the 17th day of fune, 189r, commending at 4 o'clock.

The following persons will be entitled to vote at the election, that is to say --

(a) Rute-payers who are included in the Special and Common - Jury lieta. for the year 1891..

(8.) "Rato-payer'; who are exempted frond

serving on Juries on account of their pro fessional avocations.

A list of rate-payers entitled to voto, will be Lion for one week from Monday, the 8th day of posted at the Supreme Court for publla Inspec.
