"That with a view to the further extension of the business of the Company in London and elsewhere, the Capital of the Company be increased to the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Dollars by the issue of 10,000 New Shares of the value of Ten Dollars cach, and that such New Shares be issued by the General Manager at such time or times as he shall think fit, and be disposed of by blm as if they were part of the Shares in the original Capital of the Company, In such manner, on such terms, and at such premium as he shall in the interest of the Company determine.
