BURNOS AYRIS, March 4th. There is considerable excitement in financial circles and fears are expressed that there will ba a run on the Provincial bank. The conference between President Pellegrini and his Ministers and the managers of private binks was a stormy affair. The Wachang correspondent of our Shanghai morning contemporary writes on March 24th The city was disturbed an hour or two before dawn this morning by the fire alarm and the nolae of all the fire enginer rushing towards the Viceroy's yemen, which was seen to be in flames.
