The British steamship Batavia reports that she left Vancouver on the tath ultimo. ExperiZ. enced heavy weather for the most part to Yoke- the coast of hms, Hove-to for ten hours Japan in a strong gale. Arrived at Yokobama' on the 1st instant at 8 pm.. and left on the 4th at 4 a.m.; thence to Hongkong bad moderate westerly winds and fine weather.

The British steamship Namoa reports that she left Foochow on the 8th instant Experi enced fresh south-west breeze and fine elear weather to Amoy, Left Amov on the gth, and Swatow on the 1th. From Amoy" to Swałow had south-westerly breeze and fine weather, and from Swatow to port had light south-west winds and fine clear weather. In Fonchow, the steam- ships Sungliang.
