The Montara was built in Singapore, and is most solidly constructed of teak throughout, with iron-wood frames. She has recently been thoroughly overhauled under experienced Enro- pean superintendence, fastened throughout with 17 Inch galvanized spikes, and newly re-coppered. She is forchs rigged with the best canvas sails Draft of water 7 feet.
