The British steamship Choysang reports that she ́ left Sourabiya and Pasoesan, on the zzad ultima. Had light variable winds and fine wea- ther to lat. 20 north; thence to port had strong easterly wind and heavy sen.

The British steamship Patroclus reports that the left Shanghai, and Swatow on the oth ultimo, Had foggy weather from Shanghai to Swatow. From Swatow to Hongkong had fresh cast-north-east winds and cloudy weather.

The Chinese steamship Kwangle reports that she left Shanghai on the 27th ultimo, Had light southerly winds and fine clear weather from Shanghai to Helshans. From Heishans to Lammocks had light variable airs and dense fog. From Lammocks to port had light north- west winds and fine bazy weather,

The British steamship Wingsang reports that she left Calcutia on the 14th ultimo Experi enced moderate to light south-west winds and fine weather fill arrival at Penang on the arst at 3.30 p.m. Left Penang on the 22nd at 7.15 p.m. Fad light variable wind and pussing rain to Singapore, arrived there at 9.30 'n.m, on the 24th Left Singapore on the 25th at 5.40 p.m. Experienced light north-east winds and fine wea- ther to Paracels; thence to port increasing porth- east winds and passing min with north-east swell.

The British steamship Formosa reports that the 29th, and Swatow on the 30th. From Tam- she left Tamsui on the 28th 'ultimo, Amoy on
