The British steamship Euphrates reports that she left Saigon on the 23rd instant. From Cape St. James to Macclesfield Banks had fresh north- cast monsoon and swell; thence to Hongkong had light east-north-east wind and bary weather.

The O. & O. steamship Oceanic reports that she lef San Francisco on the 4th instant, and Yokohama on the 22nd on the 27th at 17.30 am, passed the P. M. S. S. Co.'s steamship City of Peking, bound to Yokohama; arrived here this morning at 5 pm. Had favorable
