R10, December 26th. The Brazilian Government has issued a Decree ordering all persons charged with sedition, suborning the military, or in any way,opposing the Republic to be tried by a military tribunal. A Brazilian newspaper has been suspended for supporting the opposition to the Republic.

PARIS, December 26th. The Temps states that Franco has notified to England that she will agree to the Egyptian Conversion Scheme, if England will prove her desire to evacuate Egypt. France has also suggested to England to apply part of the profits accruing from the prop sed conversion to streng then the Egyptian Army, which will permit the reduction of the British force 'in Egypt.
