.The British steamship Carmarthenshiri reports that she left Singapore on the 6th instant. Had fine weather during the pasinge.

The American brig Irene reports that she left Newcastle, N.S.W., on the roth May. Had fine weather all the passage through the China Sea.

The British steamship Oanfa reports that she left Glasgow, in Liverpool, and Singapore on Had light monsoon throughout the 5th instant.

The British steamship Fooksang reports that she left Shanghai on the 7th instant, and Swa- tow on the roth. Had moderate south-west wind and hazy weather with fog at times to SW

tow; thence to port bad light west-south-west wind and fine clear weather.

The German mail steamship Dresden reports that she left Bremen on the 29th May, and called at Antwerp, Southampton, Genoa, Port Said, Suez, Aden, Colombo, and Singapore arrived here this morning at 10a.m. During the voyage mostly had light and moderate winds. In the Arabian Sea very strong south-west mon- soon with heavy sea.

From Sydney strong, fresh and moderate | westerly winds were experienced, with fine wea ther to Cape Moreton'; north-west-north and variable winds, fing weather and smooth sen to Cooktown; thence variable and fresh south-east wind with squally weather and misty rain at times to Thursday Island. To Port Darwin had fresh and strong south-east, winds and high beam sea. From Port Darwin bad light variable winds and calms with very fine weather to Lisamatula; thence light and mode rate northerly breezes with occasional squalls to Mindoro Straits; thence cloudy and showery, followed by light aortherly breezes with smooth sea and fine clear weather to port.
