TF telegram which we publish in another column, alleging that the Portuguese Govero- ment seriously contémplate subsidising steameri to convey tea from Macao to Portugal, has only thice drawbacks. In the first place Macao papers are generally that which the Psalmist said in his haste men were; in the second place there is neither the chá (ten) nor the credit in facao, and, in the thin, neither the money, the market, or the steamers, in Portugal.
