There have been considerable inquiries after Docks to-day, and business is reported to have been done for cash at from $31 to 6 per cent. premium, and also at bo for June, and at these rates there are further buyers. On the strength of some favorable news from the mines, the Tonquin Coal Co.'s shares have been purchased at 675, 700, and 725, and are still wanted at the last quotation. Business has also been arranged for June at 740. In other stocks nothing has been reported that calls for special mention.

Had light easterly wind and fine weather from Cape St, James to Cape Padaran; from there to Paracels bad moderate south-east wind and fine weather, which continued up to lat, 20 north; thence to arrival bad fresh east-north-cast breeze and overcast sky with damp weather.

The British steamship Glenshiel reports that she left London on the 24th February passed Gibraltar on the 1st ultimo, and arrived at Malia on the 5th; arrived at Port Said on the 9th, and was delayed one day in the Canal by the grounding of a steamer Left Suez at 4 p.m. on
