The quotation for Docks has also fluctuated siderably, although very few shares have actuallychanged hands. To-day some sales were made at 51, at which rate there are further sellers. Steamboats are now weak at 222, and Punjoms have dropped Wisetork since last Friday from 57 to 46 in spite of favorablerumours industriously circulated. China and Manilas, quoted at 16; for some time past, have come down with a run to 145, and for the moment are quite out of favor. A good deal of substantial business has heen arranged in the Land Investment Co.'s shares at 160, but there are now sellers at 1574. Some bogus sales of the Steam Launch Co.'s scrip have been reported at 400 and 500 per cent. premium, but what the actual quotation is

we are unable to state. The settle. ments in the Rope Co.'s shares have been entirely suspended, and it is under- stood that the "corner
