The British steamship Kutsang reports that she left Shanghai on the 2nd instaat, Had moderate north-easterly wind and fine weather throughout.
The British steamship Hector reports that she left Liverpool on the 25th August, and Singa- pore on the 30th ultimo. From Singapore to
Parace's bad moderate and light south-south-
east winds with a northerly current and fine. weather; thence to part had light easterly winds and fine weather with smooth sea.
The British steamship Nanshan reports that she left Bangkok on the 27th ultime, and Kob si-chang on the 29th, Had fresh west-south-west winds down the Gulf to Pulo Obi; thence to Cape Padaran and Cape Varela had fresh south west, and southerly winds. From Cape Varela to Paracels had strong south-east and east-south- east winds; thence to port had fresh east-north. 'cast and north-east winds and overcast sky with
cloudy weather; arrived here last evening at 6- o'clock.,
