The Japanese steamship Milke Maru reports that she left Katchinotzu on the 24th instant. Had heavy north-east gale and high sea gradually increasing since the 25th.

The German steamship Telartos reports that she left Saigon on the 23rd instant. During the voyage to Hainan had fine weather with light westerly wind; from there to port had heavy storm from north-west with low barometer and heavy sea from north-east.
