At present, owing to the daily increasing number of the orphans, foundling children, and destitute wonen, who already exceed FIVE HUNDRED, the Superioress finds herself in pressing peed of further assistance. She has no fund at her disposal, the whole of the means available being earned by laborious needle-work.

The Superioress therefore desires to state that she will be pleased to receive orders for gentle- men's shirts and pyjamas, ladies and children's under clothing and dresses, embroidery in any form and in gold, silk, wool, or cotton, alsa regimental embroidery. Materials can be supplied if required. As the terms are very moderate the Superioress hopen to receive and merit a large share of public patronage.. Hongkong, 19th September, 1888.
