THE SHARE MARKET,
5 o'clock.. The principal business transacted since our last report has been in connection with the masthly settlements, which are said to be of an unusually heavy and complicated character, a very large number of the time" speculations to China Sugars having been fixed for the end of August. Banks are a shade weaker to-day, sales having been arranged at 151 per cent. premium, and there are further sellers at ihat rate. Docks have been placed at 29 and '30 per cent. premium, closing fairly firmy, but with small sellers at 30. Businessa, has been reported in Steamboats at 216 and finally at 215, and the stock is out of favor at the latter quotation. China Sugars have been taken up at from .177 to 182 for cash, and also a few shares at 180 for Sentiamber, but there are further sellers at the higher cash rate,
