Hnd occasional "beavy squalls to Sermattan Island, which was passed on the and Instant at ta.m., and Damma Istard at 8.30 a.m. the same day. Had light northerly winds and fine weather; passed "Lisamantula Island on the 3rd instant at 11 p.m., same weather; pasted Banka Island on the 4th at 10 p.m. Had light northerly to north-west winds and fine weather with smooth water ; passed the Town of Zamboanga on the 5th at noon passed Cabra Island on the 8th at 9 30,a m., and shaped a course for Hongkong had light, north-east to north-west winds and fine weather. On the oth at a p.m., passed the C. N. steamship Tsinan, bound south. Had light south-west wind and fine weather until the roth, then came a strong wind from north-east, with confused sea moder- ating down to a moderate breeze and showery weather to the land at midnight-anchored- under Pootoy Island. On the 11th at daylight got under, weigh and arrived at buoy this morning at 7.40 o'clock.
