Banks have changed hands to a considorable extent at from 135 to 1561 per cent, premium for cash, and and at 101 for August. Further shares could he pluced for each at 1565. Hong kong Fires have been done at 310, and there are still buyers in the market at that rate. Large transactions in Docks have been reported at 24 and 25 per cent. premium for each, for the end of the present month and for June 30th; also at 25 for 14 July and 26 for August. The stock is now offered for cash at 2.4. With the exception of some sales of the Wharf and Godown Co.'s stock at 38, nothing else need be specially referred to..
