RETURN PASSAGES-Passengers, who have paid full fare, re-embarking at San Fran- cisco for China or Japan (or vice versa) within six months, will be allowed a discount of 20 per cent, from Return Fare; if re-embarking within one year, an allowance of 10 per cent will be made from Return Fare.
