We pay the Government a sum of $300 per annum for a spirit license, and 850 per annum for each-Not-0—mumgan billiard table and have, besides, to close our places at certain hours. Mr. HAHN proposes SELL SPIRITS and other LIQUORS, to run THREE BILLIARD TABLES and to KEEP OPEN AT ALL HOURS without THE ON TAX INSURANCE COMPANY, Paying any license whatever.
