The British steamship Kow Shing reports left Singapore on the 3rd instant. Had light vari- able winds throughout, with heavy rain squalls.

-The Chinese steamship Huai-yuan reports left Shanghai on the 4th instant. Had light and moderate SW. winds and fine weather throughout the passage.
