4 o'clock p.m. Since noon a fair time business in Banks has been arranged at 195 for March and 197 for April, cum new issue, the stock leaving off in demand at these rates. For cash, shares could be placed at 191. A few transactions in China Sugars at 200 for February 28th have also to be noted. Luzons are weak, with sellers at 1g for the end of the month.
