Noon. There has been a great rush on Banks since we last wrote, and important bus!- ness has been transacted on the old con- ditions both at 183 per per cent. premium
for cash, and 185 and 186 for the end of
the present month. The stock is now firm with buyers at 155 Ex New Issue" which is equivalent to 185. China Traders erip has changed hands at 1575, an increase of 25 on former quotation.” A few sales of Docks have been reported at 54 per cent. premium, for cash and the "end of the month, sellers ruling the market | at these rates when our report left. Luzons have declined another point, holders now offering to sell at 13. In other stocks business remains very quiet.
