"reverse of brisk, Banks are weaker with sellers at 165 premium Yangtze Insur- ances, are very firm and are wanted at ariseof's since yesterday; no transfers at the increased rate have come to our no- tice. Chinese Insurances are in request at 2323, but holders do not seem inclined to dealet that figure. Docks are in rather better odour and are wanted at 53 pre- mium. Small sales of Luzons have been put through at quotation, and there are still sellers at the rate. Nothing in other stocks requires special comment.
