'THIS' DAY.
Noon, Share business has been rather quieter. than usual, this morning. A lew sales of Docks at 53 per cent, premium for cash have been reported, and a few more shares are offered at, the rate. Luzons have changed hands at 105 and 106 for, cash, and it seems from inquiries as if a fair number of shares could be placed at the latter rate. On time, business has been put through at rio for the und of the year.
Steamboats show a further decline, offers to sell at 30 per share premium fall- ing to lead to business. Banks remain very firm; with cash buyers' at 138.
