SIR-Newspaper reports, especially those furnished by that portion of the press yelept shorthand reporters, are expected to be fairly ac. curate. The public have a right to expect that all cases which appear in the newspapers sball be reported faily and faithinly, and those more particularly interested, the parties engaged in any cases reported, have even a greaterṛight than the general public that their doings in Courts of Jus- ide, made public through the medium of the

One inore illustration to prove the push and forwardness of the tribe and we have done with them. A pro. minent undertaker, who had just finished uucking down a client, proposed marriage on the saine day to the widow of the dear departed one.
