The British steamship Chiukiang reports left Shanghai on the 1st instant. From Shanghai to the aeshin island light S. Westerly wind with heavy
rain; from thence to port light winds and cloudy weather. On the 3rd instant passed the Company's steamship Hongkong off the Tai Is- land. On the 4th passed the British barque Corea to the South of Chapel Island,
