The British steamship Caucht reports left Saigon on the 3rd instant. Had fine weather and light winds, varying from the S.W. to East by the Southward.

The British steamship Breconshire reports left Saigon on and instant. Had light S.W, wind and showery to Paracels, thence to port light variable breeze and fine weather.

The Chinese steamship Hwai-yucu reports left Shanghai or the 4th instant at 1a.m. Arrived in Hongkong at 8 am, on the 7th. Had moderate N.E. winds and rain throughout. Saw the steamship Allarney at noon on the 5th,

bound South.

The British steamship Namoa reports left Foochow on the and instint, Amoy on the 3rd, and Swatow on the 6th, From Foochow to
