C. steamship Faochear, the Koreans being well cared for by her conteous commamler. I hear the Captain was rather put on, because he did not succeed in procuring the national ensign of the minister (a Korean flag to hoist at the fore, requiret by nautical etiquette on board'a vessel carrying a foreign ambassador, minister, or other person of exalted ranke But it appears that nulody knew what the Korean tag is like; the nidest resident in this place does not know; do you?
