The British steamship Douglas reports left Plymouth on the roth March calling at Port Said on the 23rd; cleared Suez Canal on the 27th; arrived in Penang on the 16th April, and left again on the 23rd ; arrived in Singapore on the 25th, and left again on the 28th. Experienced light S.E. winds and fine weather through the China Sea, and arrived in Hongkong on the 4th instant.
