SELLING PREPARED OPIUM within the Colony for the torm of ONE, TWO, or THREE YEARS from the 1st of March, 1892, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of 1859, No. 1 of 1859, and No. 7 of 1879, will be received at this Office until Noox on MONDAY, the 24th Octobor, 1881.
Each Tonder should specify the monthly payment offered for the period

The Government doos not bind itself to accept the highest or any Tender.
