Probation Office: probation and related services.
5 HAPPY VALLEY WELFARE CENTRE AND KITCHEN, Sports Road
Preparation and issue of cooked meals, and issue of dry rations, to all centres on Hong Kong Island for normal and emergency relief; case-work services (relief) for the eastern half of Hong Kong Island.

Residential institution for the social and vocational rehabilitation of the disabled and
the training of mentally retarded children.

10 TAI HANG TUNG RESETTLEMENT ESTATE, Tong Yam Street
Community Centre with community services, clubs and public library and a club for
deaf children.

Combined Probation and Remand institution for male juvenile offenders, aged 8 to 16.
