THE SOCIAL WELFARE ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Terms of Reference

The terms of reference of the Social Welfare Advisory Committee are as follows:

"To advise Government on its social welfare policies, or on schemes by which those policies should be implemented, and on the practical execution of those schemes.'
