PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS MADE UNDER THE HAWKERS ORDINANCE 1935.

Section A. 12 to be rescinded (i.e. Transfer of licence should not be allowed.)

Re Section A. 18, it was considered that licensed hawkers. should carry in addition to their licence a plaque to be worn on the clothing externally.

3. Section B. 3 (3) to be rescinded (on the grounds that this Section has the appearance of permitting something.)
