Forty days is allowed for payment after the expiry of the quarter after which a special notice is sent giving a further ten days' grace. If the account is still unpaid a fee of $1.72 is added and a further eight days grace is given before the water is cut off.

All accounts are paid directly to the Municipal Offices and no employed.

The supply is practically only limited by the capacity of the Company's purification and distribution plant, but it is considered essential that in order to prevent the continued increase in consumption, general meterage will require to be introduced in the near future.
