The Governor recommends the Council to vote a sum of Three thousand Dollars ($3,000) in aid of the vote, Harbour Master's Department, G.-Lighthouses, for the following items :--

Gap Rock Lighthouse, Other Charges.

Waglan Island Lighthouse, Other Charges.
