STATEMENT "a."-Showing the Percentage of the Cost of the INdia, China, and JAPAN MAIL SERVICES payable by the INDIAN GOVERNMENT for the Year ended 31st March 1875, and every subsequent Year to the end of the present Contract with the PENINSULAR AND ORIENTAL STEAM PACKET COMPANY.
