The Minutes of the last Meeting, held on the 30th November, 1891, were read and confirmed. BILL ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ENACTED BY THE GOVERNOR OF Hongkong, WITH THE ADVICE AND CONSENT OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL THEREOF, TO APPLY A SUM NOT EXCEEDING TWO MILLIONS FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY-SIX DOLLARS TO THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF THE YEAR 1892."- Honourable T. H. WHITEHEAD moved that the Bill be recommitted.
