AN ORDINANCE ENACTED BY THE GOVERNOR OF HONGKONG, WITH THE ADVICE AND CONSENT OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL THEREOF, TO APPLY A FURTHER SUM NOT exceeding Six HUNDRED AND THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND AND SEVEN DOLLARS, TO THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF THE YEAR 1891.”—The Acting Colonial Secretary moved the second reading of the Bill,
