ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

150. Once again I must express my appreciation of the help, guidance and advice received from the Urban Council and its Select Committees, and from various government departments, particularly the Public Works Department, whose cooperation and assistance have been invaluable. I also wish to pay a special tribute to the officers of the Resettlement Department who, during a particularly trying year, have conscientiously carried out their sometimes thankless duties in conditions which have been often difficult and sometimes dangerous.
