Acknowledgments
210. As the figures will have revealed, the tempo of the work of the Department was for the most part increased during the year, and this despite the continuing shortage of legal and other officers. All members of the staff had therefore to acquit themselves with diligence, and I take this opportunity to express my appreciation of their efforts. I have also to thank other Government Departments, solicitors, accountants and others with whom the Department has frequent deal- ings for much help and co-operation received during the year.
27th June 1969.
